What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday and throughout the weekend. We’re here to help you with any inquiries you may have! Please email vicki@lovetogive.co.nz. Emails will typically be answered within 2 hours between 9AM to 5PM.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location in New Zealand and whether the delivery address is rural delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is created ready to ship.
